Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervising, planning of 3M , improving production capacity & quality, minimize maintenance , reducing after sales service frequency , ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
  • Accountable for OTD. Lean management implementation, documentation, trainings to employees , BOM , ISO Documentation-implementation.

Leadership skill, communication skill, interpersonal skill ,problem solving skill , planning skill for human, material, machines, punctual, real-time with accuracy working , respectful, responsible & accountable ,result oriented , reporting , efficient planning , WCP culture, your behavior should be aligned to companies values.

Man handling, machineries ,quality systems ,manufacturing processes, Computer-email, MS Office -excel, word, PPT, Graphs, drawing reading , Lean Management ,training ,employees behavior & attitude. Electric basic.
