Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Civil/Archt with 25-27 yrs of overall exp in delivering commercial/mixed use or similar development of captive or speculative use.
With at least 2 similar scale projects delivered/managed as project lead or as a key resource
Good exp of planning & contract administration
Strong construction experience with familiarity to various formwork systems, post tensioning, quality control/HSE requirements for fast track construction.
Good hands-on exp of MEP works power, cooling, plumbing, fire fighting & LV systems
Exp in leading & managing multiple vendor package delivery and coming with risk anticipating abilities
Basic familiarity to the requirements of fit out works.
Having worked/working in Kerala
Good command on the local language or the native of the state/location
