Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client’s commercial property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of commercial property operations, including leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations.
* Oversee tenant selection, lease negotiations, and lease administration.
* Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
* Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
* Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
* Work closely with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective maintenance services.
* Implement and enforce property policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for tenants and visitors.
* Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulatory changes affecting commercial real estate.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in commercial property management.
* Strong knowledge of leasing, property maintenance, and financial management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer
