Job Description:

We are having an urgent requirement for the position ofPurchase Executivefor a Real Estate Developer at theVashilocation.

Job Description:

  • Collecting PR from all sites on a daily basis.
  • Collect the Quotation for the same from all the registered Vendors
  • Making comparison statement for the same & negotiate with the Vendors
  • Issue the Purchase order/Work Order to the Vendors or Suppliers along with Terms & Conditions
  • Follow up with Vendors & site Supervisors for the Delivery of material on time on respective sites
  • Verify all the challans received from the site on a Daily basis.
  • Submission of Bills along with PR/PO/WO & Challans
  • Checking of Purchase & Labour bills
