Position: Quality Analyst | Sr. Analyst Salary : 23000/- to 32000/- CTC

Location : Bangalore koramangala

Experience: 1 to 3 year Experienced Required in BPO voice process. Profile: Recorded calls audit of the agent with all client provided parameter’s Explain: - Opening & Closer Greeting, Account Verification, Contact Information Confirmation, Problem Solving Abilities, Protocol Compliance, Call Handling Skills, Customer Service Quality, Call Centre Etiquette, Script Compliance, Closure & Follow-up.

Qualification: 2nd Puc or Degree

Languages: English, Hindi excellent communication

Optional Languages: Telugu, tamil, kannada, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam

Salary: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
