Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Staff Registered Nurse for our M.P. BIRLA HOSPITAL in Satna. The Staff Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing competent and compassionate patient care, as well as assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team. The successful candidate will be expected to comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, and will be required to maintain professional knowledge and competencies to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
  • Current valid RN license in State of Madhya Pradesh
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred
  • Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of nursing process, practices, and standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays to meet patient needs
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited nursing school
  • Experience with electronic health records is a plus
