Roles and Responsibilities


Job Summary : Responsible to provide leadership, coaching, and ensure 100% Quality, Service and Cleanliness to assigned restaurant so as to maximize long-term sales and profit potential.


You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.


Responsible for controlling day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food supplies and developing the restaurant team.


Restaurant and food service managers plan, organised, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurants, bars, cafeterias and other food and beverage services Restaurant manager will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the staff and for delivering an exceptional dining experience to the customers.

Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.


Candidate should have experience of handling restaurant individually.
