Job Description

The RSA Archer Engineermanages and maintains the support platforms for IT Security infrastructure. The Platform Engineer requires analytical skills to convert a business need in the form of a usable application. They are expected to proactively identify and characterize new trends, . Platform Engineers also liaise with the Enterprise BCM and DR teams to define and ensure SOC, BCM and DR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements, make user stories as per the Statement of Work
• Support requirements gathering and solution design activities
• Prioritize customer success and project scope
• Communicate effectively with project and support teams
• Develop functional and process design and prototyping - functional and technical
• Build, develop and test scripted solutions
• Develop testing plans and support customers through the testing cycle
• Assist with transition of customer after go live to account management and support.
• Be responsible for day to day technical administration of the RSA Archer platform
• Lead the administration of items such as user accounts, data feeds, workflow & reports access etc.
• Provide development / configuration support based on technical requirements
• Own technical issues/problem resolution and request management
• Execute test cases and document them
• Support User Acceptance Tests and implement code into production
• Define/configure questionnaires/workflows/forms/reports in Archer
• Participate in and support Archer version upgrades
• Install, test and deploy new applications in Archer
• Work with service management and infrastructure teams as needed on technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution
• Conduct in-person and online training sessions for stakeholders as appropriate
• Provide support when Production issues occur
• Configure GRC solutions based on customer requirements
• Systems integration and data migration ( Datafeed, data import, APIetc..)
• Troubleshoot and optimize solutions
• Quality assurance and testing activities
• Creation of solution documentation

Skills and Experience

• Candidate should have strong experience of Archer 6.5 and above.
• Candidate should have more than 4 years of experience in Archer and GRC domain and more than 6 years of IT experience.
• Well versed with RSA Archer 6.x , entire lifecycle implementation of GRC solution including requirements analysis, Solution design, and configuration to the delivery of the professional documentation
• Candidate should have hands-on experience of features like Data Feeds, Integration process, Sub-Form, Levelled applications, Custom Objects, Calculations, Data Driven Events, Notifications, Reports, iViews and Dashboards.
• requirements analysis, Solution design, and configuration (e.g., User navigation, Workflow, Layout, Basic, Advanced and System fields, Data Driven Events, Calculated fields, Questionnaires, Access Control, Notifications, Data feeds, Advanced workflow, reports, Workspace, Dashboards, iView’s and package creation and Installations
• Candidate should have knowledge of Java/VB scripting, XML and SQL programming language.
• Candidate should have experience in Archer backend servers(Web, Services and Database servers) and configuration setup.
• Candidate should have understanding and working experience of Archer Core solution in

Archer SmartSuite framework mainly in Enterprise Management, Resilience Management Security Operations, Risk Management, Compliance Management

• Candidate must be able to analyse the requirement of client and design the solution using Archer as per need.
• Candidate must be able to prepare High level and low level design of solution proposed.
• Candidate may be required to provide support individually and should be good team player.
