Job Description:

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and increase market share. You will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing activities, including market research, lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote our products/services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
