Job Post: Sales Development Specialist at Dev Labdhi Packers

Dev Labdhi Packers, a leading manufacturer of corrugated and offset printed boxes, is seeking a Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Drive sales growth by following up on leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date on market changes and opportunities
  • Create and deliver sales presentations to potential customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
