We are seeking a talented and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive and Manager for Punjab.Job Roles And Duties
  • Training and coaching financial advisors
  • Assessing the team members’ performance
  • Visit the assigned location as and when required
  • Understanding the needs and requirements of customers in the assigned region
  • Presenting to the customer about the product and services offered by the organization
  • Meeting the company’s expectations
  • Taking feedback from the customers on a timely basis.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers
Interview Process
  • Online Assessment/Telephonic Interview
  • HR Round (Telephonic)
  • Face to Face Interview with Line Manager
Who Can Apply?
  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • Work Experience: 2 + Years in Sales and Marketing
  • Age: 24 to 38 Years
  • Present excellent sales skills
  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Powerful negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
