Job description

Sathya Lifestyle (Palghar, Maharashtra) is a leading real estate company, and we are currently seeking a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, closing deals, and building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and online sources.

- Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs and requirements.

- Show properties to clients and provide them with information about the features and benefits of each property.

- Work with clients to develop a customized plan that meets their specific needs and goals.

- Negotiate contracts, prepare offers, and guide clients through the closing process.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with other professionals and stay current with industry news and trends.

- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in real estate sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
