Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as Sales Manager located in Panipat. The Sales Manager will manage the company’s sales team, set sales goals and targets, create sales strategies, and develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets and increasing revenue, as well as training and motivating the sales team to achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train a sales team
- Aptitude in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop sales forecasts and budgets
- Attention to detail and time-management skills
