We are looking for a Sales Manager who is self-starter to work in a diverse and fast paced environment and can join our team. We are looking at candidates who have experience in selling high end property, land, plots and bungalows across India.

Job Description:

  • The candidate will be responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
  • Candidate needs to drive his own individual sales targets.
  • The candidate should convert all prospects into customers by showcasing appropriate primary Residential, Bungalows and plots to the Prospects, while matching the investment need of the prospects.
  • The candidate should generate the leads through calls, Emails, ATL, BTL activities and other available resources.
  • Maintain proper reports of daily sales activity to map performance.
  • Leads Hygiene providing proper feedback on leads assigned.
  • Strong clients focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
  • Conduct the site visit / inspection with the prospect and their family
  • Take a feedback from the client on their visit
  • Follow up and closure of sale
  • Cross selling and Up Selling potential client additional services
  • Take references of potential clients from Customers
  • The candidate should be A go-getter.
  • Develop sales strategies and visualizing the set targets till accomplishment
  • Conducting and engaging in client site visits/ Meetings
  • Strong sales acumen with a versatile attitude.
  • Good PR, Social and Networking Skills to enhance customer base
  • Candidate should have good communications and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Fluent English (Preferred)

Work Remotely:

  • Temporarily due to COVID-19
