We are looking for sales manager for our real estate project.

You will be required to work from our site office, which is next to sector 27-28, panchkula or 1.3 Km / 3 minutes drive from Ramgarh fort, Panchkula.

You are expected to do business development for us by doing

A) Lead generation through walk ins customers and other BTL campaigns including kiosk activations, mall activations etc.
B) Lead conversion - Engage well with prospective customers and convert sales
C) Identify and build relationships with key influencers to ensure sustainable business generation.

Responsibilities and Duties
Generation of leads, engaging with dealers, leading BTL campaigns.

Key Skills
Excel,Sales Experience,Customer Service,Customer Relationship Management,Customer Acquisition,lead conversion,Direct Sales,Direct Marketing, real estate sales experience.

Required Experience and Qualifications
We would prefer to hire a B.tech / BBA / MBA colleague. A direct customer service / interaction is a must. You should have experience of real estate sales. Irrespective of your qualification, we are looking for someone who has zeal to grow and does not shy away from hard work. We are looking at intelligent and quick learning colleague.

A candidate from a defence background / family will be preferred.

Salary: ₹17,248.00 - ₹26,108.00 per month
