  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities :1, SAP Application administrative tasks Responsible for ensuring availability and improvement of performance of the SAP applications Transport management and STMS configuration 2, To proactively monitor the SAP systems to secure services with minimum downtime 3, Proactive incident and change Management 4, Perform SAP system refresh, Patch upgrades, SAP life cycle management and SAP-OSS Connectivity management 5, Analyze the activities assigned as required by the business

    • Technical Experience :      1, Should have hands on experience SAP add on upgrades, SAP version upgrades, Oracle and SQL Database Administration 2, Should have experience in analyzing SAP system logs and take necessary measures 3, Should have knowledge on SAP performance tuning 4, Good to have knowledge about OS/DB migration for SAP systems from on premise to cloud 5, Knowledge on ITIL standard and best practices 6, Good to have relevant knowledge on Oracle, SQL and HANA Database flavors

    • Professional Attributes :      1, 3 to 5 years of experience 2, Good communication skill 3, Good team player with good interpersonal skill 4, Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts 5, Take part in weekend /holiday on call support Be flexible to learn new technology /skill

    • Educational Qualification :      1, Graduate

    • Additional Information :      1, Good to have relevant knowledge on Windows, Unix, Linux, Solaris and other OS flavors
