Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Accountant role located in Palghar, and it is an on-site position. The Senior Accountant will manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization and ensure accuracy of financial records. Tasks will include reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reviewing budgets and expenses. The Senior Accountant will also provide guidance and training to junior staff, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with accounting software Tally
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
