Elevate is recruiting a Senior Infrastructure Analyst , who will ensure the proper delivery of technical services to our client’s internal teams based out of Australia, remotely on client sites, or from home. The person will provide a mixture of preventative support, project delivery and integration activity around Cisco networks to a Windows Server environment, VMWare and more. The person will be considered a subject matter expert and expected to advocate for fellow team members in making reliable technical decisions around supporting and deploying a complex environment that runs business-critical systems.Responsibilities & QualificationsSpecifically, the Senior Infrastructure Analyst will

• Maintain and monitor Vmware HCI systems and Windows Servers to meet the organization’s current and future requirements.
• Responsible for management, maintenance deployment and architecture of Virtualization Infra, Storage, Physical Compute Vxrails Systems and productivity tools.
• Monitor systems and identify performance issues proactively.
• Work within strict time frames and escalate incidents within defined timeframes.
• Test all changes to Compute and Storage hardware.
• Cater to doing infrastructure coordination related to design and setup activities at different project stages.
• Work with various vendors and service providers to ensure a productive environment.
• Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and reports.
• Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation of all system builds and modifications.
• Interact and coordinate with users, vendors and suppliers.

Experience

• 6-10 years of experience in Azure AD/ On-Perm Ad and Windows OS 2012, 16, 19 and 22.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of infrastructure computing, Virtualization, Storage hardware and backup management will be a plus.
• Experience with incident ticketing systems, workstation management systems and desktop imaging.
• Virtualization experience including, but not limited to, Hyper-V and VMWare.
• Experience in Microsoft System Centre 2012 – SCOM & SCCM.
• Experience in migrating services from on-premises to the cloud would be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech. degree in Computer Science and Electronics or a related field from a Tier II institute
• Certification like MCP and Azure. (Preferred)
