Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Conceptualize the career services offering for the products keeping in mind the program objectives and business goals.
  • Manage a team of career coach and industry outreach resources to deliver defined career services offerings to all the students.
  • Assess and deploy technology solutions to create enhanced career services experience for the learners.
  • Generate employment opportunities for various technology programs at TPL by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships.
  • Collaborate and promote Career Planning services through in-class presentations, student organization outreach, and New Student Orientation
  • Help students identify employment options that match their career interests. Work with team to assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques and job referrals.
  • Build partnerships with companies for hiring and hire-train-deploy models.
  • Maintain periodic reports and present the same to the relevant stakeholders.

Qualification:

  • Should have minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in career services / placements / recruitment domain preferably in technology. A rolodex of clients and relationships will be given a high preference
  • Ability to manage a team to deliver expected outcomes.
  • Strong communication skill is a must.
  • Experience with using any project management tool.
