Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of Contract Labour (R&A) Act, BOCW Act, Inter State Migrant Act, EPF, ESIC, and other applicable labour law to Construction Industries
  • Maintaining of workman accident report, workman compensation claim
  • Submission of statutory returns.
  • Handling Monthly statutory compliances (ESIC/PF/PT).
  • Prepare & Submission of Half Yearly Return under THE CONTRACT LABOUR (REGULATION AND ABOLITION) ACT, 1970
  • Should have experience of Labour Compliance Audit
  • Should have experience of liasoning with labour department.
  • Prepare Review Meeting Compliance Data
  • Prepare Monthly Master sheet Labour
  • Knowledge of Employment Exchange Returns & CNV

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Immediate Joiner will be Preferred.
  • Should have Good communication skill.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Preferably MSW or Equivalent Degree
