Leading EdTech Startup Hiring a Senior Manager for it’s Inside Sales team

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, manage and motivate the Inside Sales team including hiring, performance

management, mentoring, coaching the team

  • Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire end to end inside sales administration

process outbound calls, inbound calls, chat and emails.

  • Provide the team with a vision and objectives; manage key performance indicators
  • Achieve specific weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals while building a high

performance team

  • Must be a team player with the ability to work with the team as well as

independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines

  • Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer behavior and expertise at

creating needs

  • Strong stakeholder management in dealing with category, marketing and operations

teams

  • Coach Approach - effective coaching and mentoring and providing real time

feedback on improvements to the team- is the key to this role

  • Have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 4+ years of work experience with proven

leadership skills

  • Go-getter attitude
  • Good knowledge of managing CRM tools, analyzing data, and expert in preparing

reports

  • Analytical, with a strong focus on critical thinking, problem-solving ability, well

organized and adaptable with a flexible approach

  • Proven ability in goal setting, mentoring, and influencing the team
