This role is of senior developer and hence candidate should have solid expertise in Windows desktop application development using C#.NET. Candidate should have experience in all stages of systems development life cycle, including requirement analysis, detailed design and accurate task planning and estimating for self and others. Quickly understand existing code and applications to make enhancements or adaptation to new requirements.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
  • 4-7 years of experience in design and development of Windows desktop applications using C#.NET.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge in Windows Forms, User controls and Custom controls.
  • Good knowledge in advanced C# features, Design patterns.
  • Exposure to WPF and SQL Server.
  • Expertise in object oriented design and multi-threaded programming.
  • Strong problem-solving, trouble-shooting, and communication skills.

Good to have :

  • Understanding of C++/CLI.
  • Understanding of Crystal Reports.
  • Understanding of MVVM design pattern.

Would be a plus :

  • Japanese language skill.
