We need for Service Engineer

Experience : 0 to 2 years

Location : Malapuram

Service Engineer (Male)- The candidate should provide technical support to customers. The role will involve installing, Maintaining & repairing equipment. Both field and back office.

Job Summary:

The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers who are experiencing problems with our products. The candidate will be required to install, maintain and repair ticketing and billing machines both on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of ticketing and billing machines.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical assistance remotely.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Conducting routine checks and upgrades on installed equipment.
  • Maintaining records of all service activities and reporting to the relevant department.
  • Collaborating with the production team to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Providing training and assistance to customers on the use and maintenance of our products.

Requirements:

Qualification: BSC/MSC in Electronics, ITI/Diploma/B.tec in Electronics or Electrical (preferring male candidates).

Experience : Freshers or up to 2 years experience in similar role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Salary: 1.5LPA - 3.5LPA (Depending on the candidates performance and experience, the salary may vary).
