RoleResponsibilities / Tasks
  • Site Lead/ Engineer for executing assigned projects in time, cost, and quality
  • Resource management for Project Site Execution.
  • Preparing detail installation schedule, planning, and tracking of the progress.
  • Work allocation to the site team.
  • Establishing customer communication.
  • Responsible for various progress reporting.
  • Co-ordination with various Contractors for the site Installation.
  • Ensure compliance to GEA EHS policies.
  • Facilitate site stay and welfare of site people.
  • Ensure Completion of Projects sites within time, cost, and quality
  • Support for Pre-Commissioning activities and Commissioning.
Responsibilities For The Role Include
  • Execution of site installation within Cost, quality, and time.
  • Works with Head of Site Management in setting and achieving Project KPI’s.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by efficient site management.
  • Assist Safety Coordinator for implementation of HSE policies at all sites.
  • Actively work for site execution.
  • Work on planning of timely completion of the site installation.
  • Forecast of Material required for completion of installation.
  • Effectively communicate with different vendors.
Your Profile / QualificationsKnowledge / Work experience:
  • DME
  • Bachelor Engineering
Required languages
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to carry people
  • Deep technical know-how, Project Start-to-end till commissioning expertise.
  • Open minded to new models, ideas, and innovation
Other qualificationComputer literacy with demonstrated experience in using the Internet, Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel),Experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk plant 3D Drawings Review.Relevant work experience
  • Min. 10 years’ experience in site Installation for DME or 05 years for BE Mech.
  • Experience in matrix organizations,
  • Exposure to relevant technological field
  • Knowledge of Dairy, Food, Powder plants and Utilities and EPC Project execution
Travel / Stay Requirements
  • The Site Lead / Engineer will be based at site.
  • Extensive Travel will be required from site to site.
