Qualification : B Sc. Nursing

Experience : 3-5 Years

Location : Nagpur

Roles & Responsibilities :

Documents activities implemented for a specific Student Health & Wellness program
As part of the interdisciplinary team, conducts or participates in the client’s initial and on-going health appraisal, and the development of an individual data base for each client, including factors known to present increased health risks
Participates in a recall system for on-going patient care needs based on data collected during health screening
Obtains data by interview, screening procedures, observation, assessment, and review of records
Assess the client’s emotional, physical, and social status as necessary
At the patient’s request, assists the client in sharing information with significant others
Incorporates scientific, behavioral and humanistic principles for application to clinical practice
Utilizes, adheres and supports departmental standards and practice guidelines
