Title: Staffing Client Facing Manager

Job Description

We are seeking Staffing Client Facing Manager for our IT / Non-IT / Healthcare Staffing firm.
You will be responsible for managing US based clients, helping the recruiters with their searches and managing the process for selecting, interviewing, collecting interview feedback and helping negotiate rates of contractors.

Job Requirements

Build relationships with senior-level decision-makers and Account managers
Demonstrate discretion and tact in managing email, telephone calls and other requests
Have a clear understanding of technical roles and responsibilities and be able to effectively communicate the client’s requirements to the recruiting team
Ensure that important information and urgent business matters reach the appropriate parties in a timely and satisfactory manner

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in US IT Staffing Industry
Good understanding of IT Business, Sales and Recruitment processes from contract negotiations to contract closings
JobDiva knowledges with hands on experience
