when it comes to process side analyze and interpret business functional requirements into technical specifications identify and document e2e as is to be process with flow diagrams lean six sigma concepts and tools like value stream mapping ability to workaround process measures and metrics to draw inferences what if or scenarios analysis project delivery methodologies like agile
when it comes to soft skills communication and presentation skills should be good analytical thinking should be good should come with positive attitude and team player should have keen eyes for details.
