We are looking for a Store Assistant to join our team at Manav Management Group in Palwal, Haryana, India. As a Store Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the store’s inventory, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 20 to 6 years of experience in store management and inventory management
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other computer skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of store operations and retail industry practices

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the store’s inventory, including receiving, organizing, and stocking products
  • Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and presentable to provide an excellent shopping experience
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering their inquiries, and providing recommendations
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor and maintain proper stock levels to meet customer demands
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product deliveries and returns
  • Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies
  • Assist in implementing store policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Assist in training and supervising store staff
