Elevate is recruiting a Technical Architect to join our Technology team. As a Technical Architect, play an integral role in managing our in-house applications which would optimize our service offerings to our diverse Fortune 500 customers.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, you will

  • Gather requirements from customers
  • Develop technical solutions to business problems (beginning with defining, designing, analyzing and documenting requirements)
  • Develop Objects, Terms, Templates, Contract Language as per the Client Requirement
  • Understand the end-to-end implementation and provide technical/functional support
  • Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams for delivering targets
  • Mentor and coach the team

Experience

  • 5-7 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Ability to perform high-level design creation based on provided external specifications
  • Specify, design, and implement changes to existing software architecture independently

Technical Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce and Apttus
  • Must be able to code in Force.com, APEX Classes and triggers, Test Classes, VisualForce.com pages to configure and support business needs
  • Good knowledge and understanding of web services, Apex Web services (SOAP/REST) and APIs for integration purposes
  • Advanced Salesforce user and administrator skills (including using permissions, roles, profile, queues, security setup, views, and page layouts)
  • Maintain and create workflows and approval processes within Salesforce.com
  • Assist with bulk imports and exports of data into Salesforce.com
  • Integrate AppExchange applications within Salesforce.com organization
  • Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies
  • Should be result oriented, self-motivated, and accountable and should be able to work under minimal supervision

Qualifications

  • B.E., B.Tech. in Computer Science, and/or Post Graduation in Computers
  • Salesforce & Apttus CLM certified (added advantage)
