Briefing and work allocation to technicians for day to day operation
Coordinating with vendors for Minor projects/Modifications in Existing System
Verifying the Checklists, Log records, History cards are updating by Technicians as per Schedule or not
Following the escalation charts of all AMC vendors to call logging complaints/issues and fallowing till resolving issues
Preparing reports Daily Reports, Equipments Up time/Break Down Report, Daily Power Consumption Report, Daily Call Logs, PPM Reports, Incident Reports,
Monitoring the lighting & Temperature control are at Designed levels and Switching off at unwanted timings
Monitoring and Maintaining appropriate Water levels in the Basement Fire tank, Raw Water tank, Treated water tank and Terrace Fire, Domestic HVAC and Flush tanks levels
Created maintenance schedule with the help of production report
Handled problems related to production by giving corrective action
Submitted maintenance report to management on daily basis.
Motivated and trained electricians on work spot
Maintained correct power calculation without fine.

Updating Monthly Activities report, MMR report.
Coordinating with OEM vendors for PM Servicings carrying out/for any breakdown or failure of equipment
Preparing Monthly material indent and Maintaining the Consumables records of Carpentry,plumbing,Electrical,water Treatment
Fallowing up with vendors for quotations receiving and negotiating the quotations received.Sending quotations for Approvals and fallowing up for PO release with Sourcing/finance team and processing the invoices received
Briefing the All technicians to fallow PPE & LOTO as per HSE Guidelines
Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines.
Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safe regulations.
Interprets specifications, prints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems
Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
