Roles and Responsibilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have Experience into IT Recruitment (contractual)
Plan and execute recruiting position.
sourcing the candidates through job portals like naukri and monster and also through reference/Head Hunting
sourcing the suitable and Quality candidates from the target companies
Strong experience into contractual Hiring(C2H)
Strong experience into IT Recruitment.
Should have knowledge on various job portals, social media hiring etc.
Screen and shortlist candidate.
Follow up with the hiring manager and get the position closed.
Build up rapport with candidates and ensure that selected candidates get on board

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidates with minimum 6 months of experience into IT recruitments with strong technical knowledge can apply.

Candidates should have their own laptop, good wi-fi connection.
