Role: Tech Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Take ownership of Technical issues reported by the internal teams and see problems through to resolution

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve Technical issues

Ask case scenario targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of the problem

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the issue reporter

Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues

Prepare accurate and timely reports

Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles

Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.

Be the quality assurance person to improve product

Requirements

Bacholer’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

Proven working experience of atleast 1 year in Technical Support or as a Technical Engineer

Good knowledge of an IT operations and Software Application development environment.

Excellent Team work

Strong problem-solving skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good time-management skills

Ability to learn new technologies

Desired Skills

Knowledge of MySQL database (able to create basic SQL queries)

Prior startup experience

Knowledge of EV logistics Operations is a plus
