Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and develop direct team of BDMs/BDM.
Creating POSP/agency distribution for the company.
Managing and delivering revenue targets set by the company on monthly and quarterly basis.
Co-coordinating with the corporate office and relevant teams for all client service related issues.
Supervising the teams under in terms of assigning tasks, evaluating their performance and take necessary measures in terms of growth and development.
Guiding and motivating the BDMs/POSPs and providing all relevant support as required.
Ensured adherence to all rules and norms without any violation anywhere.
Ensuring compliance & control, following the process and providing high customer service to POSPs/Agents.
Overall responsible for implementation of Technology adaptation in the assigned territory.
Work along with relevant teams and ensure sufficient manning of resources across the assigned territory.

Desired Profile:

Graduation and MBA. Preferred from a tier I/II.
Around 7+ years of experience in similar role preferably in Insurance/scaled start-ups
In-depth understanding of business context.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong presentation skills.
