Roles and Responsibilities
1.Identify prospective customers, hospitals, doctors within specified territory.
2.To outsmart competition through Market penetration.
3.Standardization of franchisee model starting with layout of infra, services, branding, marketing POP’s & launch methods
4.To develop a module to screen the new franchisee profile & brand proposals
5.Relationship building with key clients and doctors. Generating sales and provides new leads.
6.Providing timely MIS and data to management thus facilitating sales analysis. Monitoring SCF (Sales correction form)
7.Detailing doctors on our USP.
8.To provide support to the existing branches like: admission support, marketing support etc
9.To coordinate with the corporate office and look after the branch’s needs.
10.To engage franchisee partners to make them target oriented. Design regular communication methods with sales & franchisee
11.To support in Brand Building activities
12.Specialty covered: Neurology, Oncology, Nephrology, Gastrology & other Super Specialty
