Roles and Responsibilities (UI Developer):

Self-Motivated
Demonstrate ability to communicate well with both internal team members and external stakeholders.
Individual Contributor and Team Player
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Understanding of web standards and accessibility.
Ensure design and deliver high quality solutions that meet overall business requirements.
Ensure the UI development processes and best practices are followed
Keeping up to date with innovations and current conventions in the web development community
Ability and desire to learn technologies and take on new initiatives.

UX Designer Job Duties:

2-10 years relevant work experience.
Excellent communication and consulting skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
share our enthusiasm of working in a challenging work environment
Experience with atleast 1-2 of these Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop & illustrator, CC, XD), Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, Miro
Basic or Intermediate level experience in HTML5, CSS3, is desirable
Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
Strong time management and work ethics.
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
