Experience: 7+ years of experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning department activities for smooth functioning of hospital.
  • Manage patient care services, including admissions and discharges.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and programs.
  • Assist in policy development and implementation for improving efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff and department performance.
  • Handle patient and staff complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate quality of patient care provided and come up with measures for improvements.
  • Responsible for preparing and monitoring the hospital budget.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to meet hospital needs.
  • Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Provide support in resolving legal and ethical issues related to patient care.

Education:

MBBS or BDS + MHA or MBA in healthcare
