Position Brief:

We are looking for a responsible team member to support our Pre-Sales & Bid Management team. Should be able to support in research to Business Analytics teams and help in building the RFP/RFI/Proposal responses.


Major Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Work closely with the existing and new member organizations and playing a key role to drive the business forward.
  • Lead generation and networking
  • Prepare understanding documents covering the entire scope of requirement gathering.
  • Support / Lead Bid Management in Proposal Writing, development of proposals response to EOI/RFI/RFP/RFQ, etc and support prepare techno-commercial proposals
  • Support and Lead Needs analysis, solution presentation, preparation and signing off SOW, completion of the techno-commercial proposal, POC delivery schedule, and product specifications, etc.
  • Designing and production of newsletters, media releases, blogs, catalogs, etc.
  • Collaborated with offshore and onshore teams in developing presentations, collateral, case studies, whitepapers, POCs, concept notes, etc
  • Design and deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
  • Preparation of manuals/documentation for the applications/tools and documentation for Installation/Configuration Guides, and preparation of training materials, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, and Experience required for this Role:


  • Graduate / Postgraduate Preferably IT background, with good writing skills
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience with the IT sector
  • Must possess strong reading, writing, comprehension skills in English.
  • Must possess Good Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google docs, sheets, and other tools.
  • Agile Methodology & Waterfall Met
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of social media like Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. will be an asset.
  • And other project responsibilities.
