Job Summary
US IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter. (5 positions)

We’re seeking someone to join our growing team! We go with a positive culture and self dedicated environment.

In this role you’d be working at our office in Bhubaneswar, India.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • You’d be responsible for recruitment in USA market.
  • Sourcing of potential candidates from various sources
  • Discussing about the job details which we are recruiting for.
  • Following-up with the candidates in a regular basis.
  • Updating with the right feedback to the candidates.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience and Strong Understanding of US Recruitment
  • Well versed with W2, 1099, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Full-time employment.
  • Should have experience in USA job portals - Boolean search and a few other searches, job posting etc.
  • Should have experience in social networking recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building and verbal and written communication skills with a strong positive attitude.
  • Should be self-motivated to handle multitasking jobs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
