1. At least 6 months of corporate / in-house / agency recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring software development / software engineering recruitment experience
2. Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search technique skills
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
5. Full lifecycle recruitment experienced preferred
6. Strong analytical skills to evaluate recruitment data.
7. Proven track record of delivering best-in-class client and candidate management experience
