Key responsibilities

As a Video Editor, your goals will be:
  • To conceptualize and implement design solutions in the video forms that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.
  • Find innovative ways of telling a story through various styles of videos/animations.
  • Deciding on visual language for the global market and then tweak/localize them to suit different regions/clusters.
  • Work along with copywriters, designers, project owners, and insight analysts to come up with innovative solutions.
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our ongoing projects by adhering to the brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
  • To have an eye for detail in design and work towards an on-time delivery of assets.

A day at Maersk:
  • Multitasking a wide range of work that ranges from organizing a video shoot, concept development, editing and video development.
  • Create professional animations/videos for Social Media Posts.
  • Find ways of integrating more dynamic content in our communications.
  • Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to organization’s promotion strategies.

What would be your contribution:
  • Be a valuable contributor to the brainstorming sessions/ideation process prior to the finalization of concepts.
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
  • Find smart ways of working than the hard ways to reach the best solution.

We are looking for

  • Any Graduate/Bachelor of Fine Arts/Bachelor of Visual Communications/Animation and VFX.
  • Video Editor/Motion Graphics Specialist at IMS with a profound experience of 5-10 years.
  • Up to date with industry-leading software like Adobe Premiere Pro, FCP, After effects, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Highly proficient in all design aspects.
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
