Job content

Hands on experience in doing time estimation of CNC machined components
Experience in reviewing and interpreting military and industry specifications, standards and drawings
Knowledge of various materials such as Aluminum, Steel, SS, Titanium & Nickel alloys.
Knowledge of CNC machining using turning, milling, turn mill
Knowledge of cutting tools and it’s application
Knowledge of process sequence / routing
Experience in doing complete feasibility study, tech review and time estimation for machining and identifying special process and other requirements
Knowledge of special processes such as Heat treatment, chemical conversion, anodizing, chrome plating, silver plating, cadmium plating, antiaging, DFL, passivation, painting etc. and NDT is desirable
Knowledge of AS9100 systems and related documentation.
