ob Responsibilities:

He/She will be a part of a team that will have end to end responsibility for feature development, deployment to production and enhancements/fixes on the existing product. He/She will be involved in analyzing user requirements and coding/testing/debugging on team deliverables. Would be required to exercise independent judgment to solve challenges inherent in application development. Would require critical thinking as a software engineer and should exhibit sense of ownership and have entrepreneur mindset.

Job Description:

  • Java Full Stack Development
  • Unit test to provide 100% code coverage
  • Participate in refinement meetings refining features or defects
  • Participate in the definition and design of new application features
  • Provide estimates for deliverables based on complexity
  • Participate in production deployment activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Required skills:

  • 3 to 8 years of Java full stack development experience
  • Good experience in Java, JSP, and Servlets
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
  • Experience working with relational databases
  • Good problem solving, troubleshooting & debugging skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work cohesively as a part of a team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, a related discipline, or equivalent work

Good to have skills:

  • Experience on REST services
  • Experience on microservices
  • Version control software experience in GIT
  • Knowledge on CI/CD development
  • Knowledge on AWS
  • Knowledge of current/emerging technologies and trends
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum Team
