 Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition ) Act, Provident Fund Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Environment Protection Act, Standards of Weights & Measures & miscellaneous act and Maharashtra rules applicable for the industry
 Filling of annual return of Factory Office, MLWF return challan
 Budgeting and Monitoring
 Policy Framing & Implementation
 Fulfill the requirement of all the HR external & Internal Legal Audits
 Employee Satisfaction Survey
 Safety Overview
 Legal Compliances(MPCB, Labour, MIDC approvals)
 IR
 Security & Garden Management
 Induction & Selection
 OSHAS/EMS Audit Knowledge
 PMS
