Position : Executive - HR Generalist.

Experience : 3 to 6 Yrs in HR Generalist is Must.

Education : MBA / MSW in HR.

Work Location : Andheri East, Mumbai..

: Should have really good experience in HR Generalist, Contract Labour.

Job Description :

  • Ensure statutory and legal compliance’s
  • Responsible for contract labor management
  • Interact with employees & proactively attend all issues raised by employee
  • Implementing existing Environment, Health and Safety standards in accordance with HR functions.
  • Organizing employee engagement initiatives and employee welfare at plant level
  • Time office Management / Leave Management.
  • Daily and monthly HRMIS reporting
