Roles and Responsibilities

Position:Executive (Microbiology)

Experience:05-06 Year

CTC: 04-05 lakhs p.a.


Profile:
1. Major Area/s responsibilities.
The Microbiology executive will be responsible for day to day media
preparation, distribution, media sterilization, plate preparation and day to day
analysis for microbiology as per predefined specification and maintain online
documentation as per predefined analytical protocol or format.
The Microbiology executive should be able to carry out sterility test of sterile
product by an open and closed method of analysis along-with all required
online documentation as per predefined protocol /format. If the experience of
sterility handling of Sterile API in the isolator system will be an additional
advantage.
The Microbiology executive will be able to handle or aware of CCIT (container
closure integrity testing, Media fill trials, autoclave validation, DHS validation.
BET testing of the product WFI and steam will be an additional advantage.
The Microbiology executive will be responsible and handle environmental
monitoring by settle plate, air sampling and by contact plate method in non-
sterile, sterile facility along-with Microbiology laboratory as per in predefined
analytical protocol/format.
The Microbiology executive should be able to handle culture preparation,
Growth promotion test of the media, destruction of the culture and related
documentation.

The Microbiology executive should be to handle day to day or periodic
sampling of water / finish product or Environmental monitoring and its
microbiological analysis as per predefined specification, and immediately fill
the data in predefined analytical protocol.

The Microbiology executive is responsible controlled issuance and submission
of the day to day/weekly/monthly/yearly or as and when required documents
from Quality assurance and microbiology laboratory.
The Microbiology executive should aware about current good laboratory
practices Pharmacopeial and regulatory guidelines. Exposure of USFDA,
EDQM & WHO audits will be an additional advantage.
