Qualification & Experience :


  • A CA/CS/LLB/CMA with at least 2-3 years of post- qualification working experience in Regulatory/Monitoring and Compliances under IBC
  • Preference will be given to candidates possessing Working experience of CIRP, Liquidation, Voluntary Liquidation and compliance under IBC.

Skill Sets required :


  • Sound knowledge of IBC and its Regulations
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective drafting skills for Inspections and Monitoring related Issues
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

Job Profile :


  • To conduct Inspections/Investigations, as directed
  • To prepare a report of the Inspection/Investigation(s)/ Monitoring/ Compliance as per the Inspection Policy/IBC
  • To handle other tasks as assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Compliance :

  • To verify compliance of provisions of the Code, Rules, Regulations, Guidelines, Circulars and directions issued by the Board in undertaking.
  • Inspections/Investigations/Monitoring /Compliances under IBC.
