Develop and rollout effective training solutions to address the Grooming requirements of the (female) newhire staff at IFS as well as AO&CS.

  • Conduct periodic training needs analysis for grooming requirements across IFS and AO&CS.
  • Develop and rollout timely as well as effective and innovative training solutions to address the above stated Grooming skill gaps across IFS and AO&CS.
  • Illustrate needle movement wrt via improved grooming standards post training (via audits and follow ups).
  • Plan and ensure effective quarterly audits of AO & CS female staff as well as IFS Cabin Attendants with effective and timely post audit close looping (of audit findings).
  • Support the above process for male staff at AO&CS
  • Build relevant skills for AO&CS Grooming coordinators by developing & running an effective (basic) TTT module
  • Enhance & sustain the above by developing & running refresher modules for all grooming coordinators every quarter
  • Define the process for implementation of grooming standards as well as close looping of variations for AO&CS Grooming Coordinators as well as for IFS.
  • Create “Morning”/”Evening” looks for the IFS Cabin Attendants with effective (quarterly) on the job training followed with effective & timely audits.
  • Develop, design & effectively run a Grooming Reward & Recognition program for IFS and AO & CS respectively
  • Meet the defined grooming targets for existing cabin attendants, trainee cabin attendants as well as front line staff for AO&CS stations.
  • Ensure the Manuals/hand outs pertaining to grooming are regularly updated and notified.
  • Execute and monitor corrective (grooming related) development and action plans for IFS and AO&CS staff.
  • Create self learning solutions from a grooming perspective by leveraging digitization solutions, videos & e-books, for all female staff to positively impact adherence to grooming regulations.
  • Be available to the Human Resources Recruitment during preliminary interview phases for Cabin Attendants and Airport Operations. To also support the grooming of interviewees at the time pre-hire interviews
  • Travel outstation for conducting station specific training (as well as audit/job shadowing - if necessary) in addition to preliminary interviews.
  • Upskill & develop self on related professional skills.
  • Research training visual aids, audio aids, and latest technology.
  • To facilitate (as required) Basic Customer Service and cabin service training for new hires (IFS). Duties are not limited to the above and some duties can be delegated at the discretion of the Assistant Manager, Corporate Learning & Development (Functional Skills).
