Key Responsibilities

• Microbial limit test of raw material & finish product
• Primary packaging material testing (bioburden test)
• Environmental monitoring by settal plate & air sampling
• Fogging
• Surface monitoring by swab method & contact
• Water testing by membrane filtration, pouring method & Pathogen testing
• Personnel monitoring by Rodac plate
• GPT, Maintenance & sub culturing of pure culture
• Disinfectant testing
• Compressed air testing
• Trend chart Preparation of water and Environmental monitoring
• SOP Preparation & validation activities of autoclave & incubator
• Good documentation & Microbiology practice
  

Qualifications & Experience: -

• BSc / MSc- Microbiology
• 4 to 8 years of exp.
• Industry experience- Chemical & Pharma

• Ability to work in a matrix organization.
• Able to work effectively within a global business culture whilst also adaptable to the local cultural environment.
• Ability to energise his/her team with a clear vision of the business
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
