Good understanding of Export Procedures including INCO terms, Tariffs at Importing country, Trade barriers, MFN status etc …Build relationships with overseas clients, concerned overseas authorities if any.Sound domain knowledge, technically sound, Hands on experience in grinding preferred.Passion to travel extensively, basically a go getter.Engineer with Good education background a minimum of 3 years’ experience and MBA in marketing an added advantageNetworking skills, Analytical skills, accountability and adaptability, ability to receive and Implement feedback.Good understanding of Finance and budgetsBe responsible from order management and dispatches to affiliates.Develop robust sales strategies, tactics, and capture plans to support order intake and gross margin targets.Contributing to the development of new market opportunities in the designated territory supporting other sales professionalsEnsuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals through effective product/solution presentations and assist with negotiations.Work closely with new application, product development teams and international colleagues.Develop and train sales channel partner’s sales force on applied products, established sales processes and tools.Understand the business environment of local markets including competition, purchasing drivers and business climate.Maintain consistent monthly sales reports for all export selling companies by product and customer.100% compliance with code of ethics, applicable antitrust laws, export complianceShare competition benchmarks and internal best practices of overseas customers.Develop and lead Partners to ensure high performance in the region by setting, communicating, monitoring, and achieving aligned goals and objectives.Ensure customer data and segmentation for the region is managed and maintained regularly.Use financial and customer data to identify, analyse, plan, and penetrate a portfolio of high sales growth.Maintain effective Channel Partners/Distributors in target markets.Regular liaison with cross-functional and cross-border sales teams ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.Managing efficient marketing communication to external customers (both current and prospects) and communicates the value proposition of the offer to the end customers.Working with the affiliates to ensure the implementation of all pricing initiatives and compile comprehensive data base of pricing and market dynamics.Supporting the development and execution of product line strategies in coordination with the domestic side of the businessPreparing annual budget comprising of sales, marketing / promotions & travelling budgets. Responsible for Topline and Contribution.Understanding customer requirements, conducting trials & working with product managers to establish Wendt products in the market.Ensuring timely collection of payments & resolving customer complaints
