Job Description

  • Pilot Hiring - To hire pilots as per the requirement. Screening of pilot documents and experience to evaluate fitment. Coordinate screening of pilots including logistics. To ensure a smooth recruitment experience for the candidate. To coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth onboarding of the pilots.
  • Cadet Management - To ensure the induction of best talent in IndiGo Cadet Program and to act as a business partner to the cadets, monitoring the training progress, spanning between 18 to 20 months, managing the queries, coordinate for issuance of required letters and ensuring smooth experience till onboarding as JFO. SPOC for 7 Flight training organization.
  • Data Management - To maintain and analyze the data for all 1000 approx. cadets and A320,Indian Experienced pilots. To prepare reports or PPT as desired by the management while ensuring the correctness of the data.
  • Project Management – Contribute towards PARAM automation of the recruitment process for pilots.
  • Coordinate with admin for travel logistics required for screening and joining.
  • Calendarized connect with pilots who have signed the IndiGo agreement and are awaiting joining.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with over 2 years of relevant work experience.
